The Client Meeting
In the first step, I will meet with the client to go over the scope of the project. Together we will look at what needs to be done, what is on their wish list, and what design elements they prefer. Once we have gone over the specifics I will be able to leave the meeting with a greater understanding of how I will be able to create a project that will fit their businesses needs and goals.
After I have met with the client, and have gotten a greater understanding of what the client is looking for, I will create a number of mock-ups with the information that the client has provided me. These mock-ups will feature elements that were discussed in the first meeting, the clients logo, and any other additional information that was shared.
Once the mock-ups are complete, I will meet with the client again to go over the various concepts. In this meeting, the client will be able to select the design that they like, and add or remove any elements that they wish. Once the client has selected the final design, we will be able to move on to the next stage.
Migration and Setup
Once I have received approval on the final design from the client we will do any renewals, transfers, and setups that need to be done. With these changes I will be able to setup the base of the website, and begin the next step of the project.
* This step is only relevant to clients that are having web work done.
Concept Execution and Deployment
After I have received the necessary elements of the project (content, images, logos, etc.) from the client I will then be able to start the project execution. In this step we will begin designing the content from the ground up, based off of the feedback and changes from the development stage. Once the concept execution is complete I will send the website link, or the production file, to the client to view the finished project and make any final changes.
Monitoring and Support
I provide a thirty (30) day grace period, starting the day is officially completed, where I will make any additional changes or provide any technical support free of charge. After the thirty (30) day period, any technical support or content changes or additions can be made, but will be at a set rate.
